Right now we are offering affordable go-to classics for breakfast and healthy guilt free lunch options.

You asked for Poke bowls, so we are doing them. There is Chicken, Smoked Salmon or Vegetarian available, served of course on a bed of warm brown rice, with fresh salads and veg, doused in roasted sesame dressing (and chilli oil if you wish).

We have grilled or roasted chicken with house-made gravy, fresh salads, blanched greens and more in our daily lunch bar. To bring the flavour finish your bowl with house made vinaigrette dressing among others.

We also offer all the usual suspects: burgers, gluten-free options, coffee, sandwiches, salads, and breakfasts.
